Important Notice - Change in Payment Processing Effective March 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting or processing association payments at our Office located at 7811 Montrose Rd, Potomac, MD 20854. The last day we will be accepting payments at our Potomac office address is February 29, 2024. Click here for more information!

Abaris Realty Inc. provides several ways to pay your assessments:

Pay Online by Credit/Debit Card & e-Check (ACH)

Assessments can be paid online via automatic recurring or one-time payments by e-check or debit/credit card through our online payment portal powered by ClickPay. To sign up, please visit our online payment portal at the link below and create your account using the 9-digit account number found on your statement.

Online Bill Pay using Your Banking Institution

If you prefer to use your own bank's online bill pay to process a payment, please make sure to include your property name and 9-digit account number found on your statement, under the reference line and please send the check to:

Pay by Paper Check

If you prefer to mail in your check, please mail your payments to the address listed below. Checks should be made payable to the association name listed on your statement. Incude the remittance slip with your payments and make sure to include the 9-digit account found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
